See What You’re Missing

In this season of Elevation, we are doing things differently.
As we fast, we are not approaching it the same way we have in past years. Just as the Word of God is living and active, we must elevate with it.
This is no longer a season of saying, “I fasted, but I don’t see my reward.”
This is not a race, this is intentional time with your Father.
There’s a saying: You see what you get.
If you don’t see anything, you won’t get anything. That is why on Day 1, we began this fast by writing the vision down.
We are writing what we expect to see and allowing God to align our plans with His greater plan for our lives. Remember, He is the Architect and the Illustrator. He has already downloaded visions into us, and those visions become clearer when we are in alignment with Him.
Proverbs 29:18 makes this clear: when people walk without vision, it’s like walking in the dark they stumble, fall, and collide with themselves. But when there is light and God is that Light your vision allows you to see where you’re going without falling.
Now, not only do you have light, but you also have your vision written down. That vision becomes your roadmap, your blueprint, guiding each step forward.
Life truly becomes easier when we do things God’s way instead of our own. Even when we choose our way and fall, God’s grace and salvation are there to lift us up and keep us from falling again.
But in this season, something is different.
Not only are you elevating your vision is being elevated as well.
Reflection Questions
Have you written out your vision?
What has God shown you so far?
How do you plan to execute that vision while staying aligned with God?
Take time today to see what you may have been missing—and allow God to sharpen your vision as you continue to elevate.
